  All QACPS employees who are members of QACEA and are covered under the contracts between QACPS and QACEA are eligible to join the Sick Leave Bank.

  Contributors to the S.L.B. will be permitted to apply for use of the bank for salary payment for QUALIFYING CATASTROPHIC AND INCAPACITATING PERSONAL ILLNESS OR INJURY NOT ANTICIPATED TO BE PERMANENT.
